gastronomy and the Mediterranean come

of LuxeLiving takes this setting as its starting
point. Through people, hotels, residences and
projects, it explores a destination through the
different ways of living there.

the Costa del Sol. Marbella, Benahavís and

How do you select a property for a
client?
Its combination of cultural heritage,
gastronomy and Mediterranean life. Clients
seek a complete experience: a good home,
quality services and a setting where they
want to spend time.
First, I need to understand what they are
looking for and what they expect from the
purchase. I then study the properties that
may meet those priorities. Design, setting and
individuality have value when they respond to
a real need.

to the founding of successful companies such as
Pentágono Sistemas de Seguridad and Villa
Padierna Hotels Resorts, Arranz has shown an
ability to identify opportunities and turn them
into achievements. His leadership of Pentágono
Sistemas de Seguridad, founded when he was
21 and later merged with Prosegur, marked the
beginning of an accomplished career. A
visionary entrepreneur with a strong grounding
in economics and business administration, he
has left a lasting mark on the business world.
As executive chairman of RA Capital, now Villa
Padierna Hotels & Resorts, he has raised
standards in luxury hospitality through projects
such as Villa Padierna Palace Hotel and Villa
Padierna Thermas Hotel, recognised with
prestigious awards. Beyond his business
achievements, his commitment to civil society
has made him a respected figure. His
presidency of organisations including the
National Association of Urban Developers and
the Andalusian Federation of Urban Developers
and Residential Tourism reflects a commitment
to sustainable development and community
wellbeing. Ricardo Arranz de Miguel's life and
career embody perseverance, vision and
